POLICY ON PRIVACY/THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The protection of personal data is an important subject for D Otel Marmaris Turizm İşletmeciliği Ticaret Ve Sanayi A.Ş. [“D Maris Bay”]. D Maris Bay adopts the principles laid down by the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data [“KVK Law”] to ensure compliance with the KVK Law, and performs its obligations regarding the processing, deletion, destruction, anonymisation and transfer of personal data, as well as providing the relevant person with information and ensuring data security.
